L&#8217;IRIMAS est particuli\u00e8rement actif dans ce domaine, et a une grande tradition de travail partenarial avec l\u2019industrie et de valorisation de ses travaux.<\/p><p>These collaborative research contracts range from one-time service provision to prototype development, including support for industrial theses, whether under the CIFRE program or not. IRIMAS therefore has a long tradition of working with numerous partners in the industrial sector, both in France and abroad, ranging from startups and very small businesses to global corporations. In recent years, these have included (non-exhaustive list): Acouvib, Actimage, Advencis, Airbus, BeamPulse, Diehl Metering, Faurecia, Goodyear, Lagard\u00e8re Active, LeBronze Alloys, MDPI, Novatech, Renault, Valeo\u2026<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-320e2c4 e-grid e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"320e2c4\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1678313 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1678313\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Startups born from the Institute<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e147798 e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"e147798\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b268a0b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b268a0b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>TraceCard<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"su-service-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">The Alsace region was selected as a pilot site in collaboration with driving schools for the Franco-Norwegian TraceCard project (TRAining Capabilities for Efficient CAR Driving), which led to the creation in 2011 of the startup MoveCoach in Mulhouse to distribute the driver training system.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-743408c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"743408c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"su-service-title\"><strong>Pertech<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"su-service-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">Finally, it should be noted that the company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pertech-solutions.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pertech<\/a>, founded in 2004 by a former student of the laboratory and specializing in eye-tracking services, is one of France\u2019s leading companies in the field.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c6cc30 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2c6cc30\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"su-service-title\"><strong>LightVision<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"su-service-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">In 2011, the company\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lightvision.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LightVision<\/a>, which is developing a miniaturized device that generates images directly on the retina regardless of the eye\u2019s position, has set up operations in Mulhouse to take advantage of the laboratory\u2019s expertise in eye-tracking. The company has since been selected by the Institut de la Vision in Paris to develop its project.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-755445d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"755445d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"su-service-title\"><strong>Evaluant, itsLearning &amp; ObjeXion<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"su-service-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">Two older companies, Evaluant (2001) and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/itslearning.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">itsLearning<\/a>\u00a0(formerly Infostance) (1998) also successfully transitioned from startup to SME. ObjeXion had been founded a year earlier.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c442f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4c442f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"su-service-title\"><strong>BeamPulse<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"su-service-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">In 2012, the joint efforts of MIPS and LMIA\u2014which would later merge to form IRIMAS\u2014led to the creation of the company\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.beampulse.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BeamPulse<\/a>\u00a0specializing in the behavioral analysis of internet users.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-77c6df6 e-grid e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"77c6df6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f3d0c37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f3d0c37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Intellectual Property and Software Outreach<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bc1d4c2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bc1d4c2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Enfin, la valorisation des travaux de l&#8217;IRIMAS se fait aussi au travers de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de brevets, en nom propre ou en collaboration avec des industriels. Depuis 2004, un quarantaine de brevets ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s, ainsi que plusieurs brevets logiciels et d\u00e9clarations de logiciels (Sintaks a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 avec l&#8217;INRIA et TOSCANA avec l&#8217;INSERM et l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Rennes).<\/p><p>D&#8217;autres travaux ont fait l&#8217;objet d&#8217;int\u00e9gration dans des logiciels tiers\u00a0: par exemple, les mod\u00e8les de formation d\u2019images en microscopie de fluorescence que nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans deux logiciels : ImageTrak (Peter K. Stys \u2013 University Calgary) et Cosmos (C. Preza \u2013 Washington University) et dans la librairie Insight Toolkit (ITK \u2013\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/itk.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.itk.org<\/a>) (Cory Quammen, University of North Carolina).
